This pretty much sums up my Saturday night...

For now, I'm just going to say that I had a rather unpleasant Saturday evening. This pretty much sums it up:

I don't really want to go into the details right now since I'm trying to stay cool about it.

I was in an accident. It wasn't that bad.
I was hit by a girl and basically got t-boned in my rear driver side wheel.
Yes, I am fine. Yes, the girl and her friend are fine too.
No, it was not in any way my fault whatsoever. They have USAA and I have USAA, so it should be smooth (I hope).

I'll post up more details once the adjuster comes out...

EDIT: Here are some of the pics that I took right after it happened.

Like I said, it's not too bad from what I can tell. Hopefully there isn't any damage to the suspension...

She looked like she couldn't have been a day older than 16 or 17....so I'm going to have to say no to the dance.

Pics will be up tonight once I get them downloaded. Thanks guys for the support - it is one of the worst feelings that I have ever had. You all know how much pride I take in my ride and its cleanliness. Ironically, I just washed it yesterday afternoon too...womp womp.

^ The strange thing is that there is very little damage to the body - only on the driver side of the rear bumper and a knick on the fender to the left of the wheel. Almost all of the damage was done to the wheel. They didn't even make contact (from what I can tell) with the fender above the wheel. It's the strangest thing, especially considering that I'm low.

It should also be noted that she was driving an Altima (as versus an SUV/truck/other high sitting vehicle).

Man that totally blows. I'd be so pissed if some little girl hit me like that. But glad to see that you are ok and your G is gonna make it though
