honestly I don't remember him having a radar in his dash, I do remember him telling me how fast I was going which was surprising. I also don't remember hearing my radar detector going off but I was pretty focused on driving and I had my windows cracked and music up.

I defiantly got the vibe that he was trying to pressure us in to telling him a speed limit, he threatened to take us to jail and said he had video and audio of us. I don't know where he was I thought I would have seen him since I was looking for cars to be safe.

he did make it clear that if we challenged it and took it to court he would be there with audio and video of us.

 

Audio and video could get you with a reckless driving ticket, but not speed

 

the CELINA cop told me that he overheard the sheriff responding which is why he came from the other side. in other wards was never on the road running radar. I also had a radar detector that wasnt going off until he came up onto me when I was going grandma speed because I saw him way back. He did threaten me that we could try to take all of this to court because he has audio and video of everything that was said and he would def appear. This audio and video also shows him threating us jail-time and what not. Anytime the lights are on a squad car the Video is running along with the MIC On the officer that syncs with the video being taken.

he actually grabbed a radar gun from his front driver seat and threw it up on the dash that was corded when he was finishing writing me the ticket.

Also does anyone remember the officers name?? I know the last name was Fontana I believe.

just f.y.i. he only has me on video going 30-40 mph...same as Blake..doesnt have emad at all until he pulled in front of the squad car...he only has on video andrew, rob, and emads friend whenever he was either pulling up to them or pulling them over..not sure how he pulled you all over.

I don't think I am honestly gonna fight it.. I have fought a ticket that I KNEW I was innocent for and the cop blatantly lied in court and I lost and had to pay the full amount.

Since mine is only 20 over I think I will just do defensive driving and call it a day.

 

Hana, maybe he'll get a raise after thus huge bust. Hasn't even been there a year!

 

ya I fought a ticket once and the prosecution attorney erased the video proof I had so I was found guilty. it's so stupid...

blue m3 guy, andrew, and myself were going around 30 waiting for emad when he came by us and rolled down the window screaming "PULL OVER YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL"

 

I wouldn't fight it alone or just you guys as a group. I'm saying get a lawyer together. If the lawyer says it's a bad idea, then don't waist the time, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Oh... and since the track talk has popped up, that's what I've been prepping my car for since I got it. Just ordered whiteline bushings all around except rear diff (SPL for that) and a mrev2. After I get that stuff on I'm ready for the track!
