Dofu.. Go take a walk outside or somethin man.. Better yet go scream in your pillow and then come back with a better attitude. Also I have a sprint account as my personal line that I set up not too long ago and I pay 100 bucks a month just like you do.

You can have unlimited everything for about 100 with Sprint now. $65 will get you the same plan I currently have with ATT, only it comes with unlimited text and data, as where ATT charges an extra 30 for it, before taxes.

No.. I love att service and if you KNEW me you would know that I can't sprint service.. I am finding anything I can to get out of the contract... I have worked for att for five years and have always had a paid for cell phone by my company which was my work phone.. I really wanted the EVO for the equipment and thought I would set up a personal account with a different phone number aside from my work phone..
Secondly man if you hate the service so much with att then leave.. That is the freedom that you have.. pay your ETF and move on bud, find another service. I have sold cell phones for 10 years and know the industry in and out.. Feel free to reach out to me with any other questions regarding your "terrible" service.

Most consumers think they know everything and know how stuff works and expect it to be instant but it's not.. If you're not happy w/ the service you don't have to give them your money monthly.
Obviously, the service you have isn't meeting your needs. Luckily for you, we're not all forced to utilize the same provider. So why don't you find a carrier that can facilitate your needs more appropriately on a scale that is feasible financially and practically from a productivity standpoint (emails, youtube, etc)?
That seems like a simple solution to this.. If AT&T isn't the best provider for your area and you know this, why do you choose to continue giving them money monthly? It doesn't take an employee of a company to have common sense. I do believe "doing the same thing and expecting a different result" is the definition of insanity..

You have the attention of a professional of the company at your disposal, and instead of using that as an opportunity to rectify your issue, you'd rather continue complaining about your sub-par service..

Thanks guys for the support.. It really bothers me when people trash my company at work but to do it on my escape from work (G Forums) realllllllllllly frustrates me but it is my fault for getting involved.

Screw that. This dude went ape **** over his cell service. I try to help my fellow car friends make educated decisions about quality tools. I'm nowhere near the bitchiness level of this guy
