Just wondering if it's worth me getting the tune now or waiting till then..

I already have all the bolt ons that I'm ever going to purchase for my NA setup already, so if I did get the tune now it'd hold me until I went FI.. Still pondering dropping 600.. I know it's a great deal..
yeah after you get a supercharger installed, you would need to retune. I'm not sure what steve would charge for a retune, he mentioned 100 bucks for a retune after this group tune but I think it may be a lot more involved with going to a FI tune. I'm sure he would work with you on a price so you arent paying full price. also since you would have already paid for the license thats a one time fee.

so you would do $600 now, you would only have to worry about what he would charge for a retune. I'm guessing it would be much cheaper than the standard $550 he charges for tuning FI cars. I can't quote a price, but I know what I would do if I had to wait a year or more before going FI and thats GET TUNED NOW!!!

Yeah most people run meth kits when they need to make more power. I guess with the basic turbo you will be running he thinks you will max out on safe power even before meth would do you any good.

I'd not worry about that and just get your turbo in, sell the utec and get osiris. pocket the rest of the cash

supposed to be even quieter and 'slightly' better gains in TQ in low rpms.

he said if you have old ones, no need to buy these. its just standard progression

understand.....these new ones however if its even quieter than I Wouldnt think you would want to pair it with the shockwave V2 Exhaust...honestly Jared has my V1 Pipes and I took his V2 and my car is def quieter now with the V2 PIPES.

you can really just ask Jared since he basically has that setup now....it drones with his ART PIPES installed according to him

I'd get the tune now Tony. HP and torque aren't the only things gained from a tune.

So since there will be so many of us he probably won't be able to give us five maps each will he?

What were you thinking for multiple maps? I'm thinking as long as everyone wants something generic like a stock map and a valet mode, that shouldn't be a big problem since everyones will be the same in that aspect.

if you want something that is very different you would probably have to work that out with Steve.
