Do you have any timeslips from this latest time when you raced the 6mt, and when you claim that you swapped cars and your 5at still beat the other car?

And you didn't answer the question about your gear - do you still have them?

Let me summarize the thread so far:

1) you come in here and claim that you are running better times now that you are stock(whatever that means) compared to when you had mods
2) you claim that you are running 87 when you ran a higher grade before
3) you claim that you beat another g35 with mods
4) after you swapped cars, your "stock" car on 87 still beat the g35 with mods

The fact is, this thread is, so far, completely useless. You don't have any timeslips. You haven't mentioned reaction times, trap speeds, 60 foot times, or anything. If the other guy was sleeping at the light for a half second, then you should have no problem beating him. Being a 6mt, that car is probably harder to launch, so you might be making up some time in the first 60 feet.

Your car is no kind of factory freak. Crossing the finish line first does not prove that your car is faster. Having a smaller elapsed time does not prove your car is faster. I still don't know if you have gears, I don't know the trap speed of either car, and I don't know what size or type of tires you are running. What about the other car?

You also mentioned somewhere earlier in this thread some dyno figure in the 240whp range. What kind of dyno? Was this when you were modded, or while you were "stock"? What octane fuel? There is no way in hell that a 5AT g35 is going to put down 240 anything on a dynojet completely stock, not to mention on 87 gasoline.

Let me put it this way. Props to you for beating the other car. That's great. That's cool. But without other supporting information, there's no reason to believe that your car, "stock", is faster than another g35 with mods, especially when you're running 87.

For example, watch this video:

That's me, in a sedan with breather mods, against a twin turbo coupe. I crossed the finish line first. We cut almost identical lights, with my reaction time being slower than his by 6 thousandths of a second. But regardless of the outcome, I'm not stupid enough to claim my car is faster than a twin turbo coupe.
