Steve, don't believe me. I'm not here to impress anyone. This time was made after 40 or so runs and I took the best. Most of the 40 runs were launched at 27psi tire pressure. Hook up...

fyi in order for a 3500-3600 lb car to trap 109, it needs atleast 330-350 Wheel Horse Power and ideal weather conditions combined with exceptional driving.Originally Posted by lak3shor3_slat3
No slip to scan it's an iPhone app.
How can you do a 13.25 with a a 2.37 short time I ran a 13.8 with a 2.00 short time at 103 with just intake. There is no way you can pick up that much time and speed by the end of the track with exhaust, intake, tune. Maybe with a 75 shot you can get those numbers

Guys please i want to make my times better wat rpm do u launch at?? Or do u even rev it??? Please my g is runnin high high 14

lak3shor3_slat3: Please delete your sig. You did not run anywhere near that time......nor would you. It is misleading to users.
this is what worked for me everyones different, First of all turn off the VDC if you want a good launch dont worry to much about cutting a good reaction time, Depending on the track warm up the tires a little bit you dont need to smoke em but try to get them a little sticky. after warming them up stage, rev it up to 2600-2700 RPM then let it out at a good pace, from then on don't take your foot off the gas when you shift. Make sure to shift right before redline. Once again this works for me and may not work for everyone but I have managed to run a 13.7 with a 2.00 short time with just an intake and yes I can produce time slips. Good luck to you!!

From what i understand, all G's pull back throttle when holding the Brake and Gas together... B L U E S L A T E & OCG35 both told me this... Hell, I think OCG35 did data-logging to prove that is does restrict throttle... Its better to just floor at the green light. Now I am a rookie when it comes to drag racing... I just sorta went a few weeks ago when OCG35 posted up a meet... I learned a lot of things... I learned that Fontana Raceway is pretty high up in elevation when compared to other drag strips... I also suffered from excessive heatsoak....
