Well the g raced an auto g with his 6sp ser, now idk about you but I'm giving the ser the advantage on that one. And as for the altima coupe v6 6sp vs g37c 6sp the advantage is the g but it becomes a drivers race. If you mix n match its diffrent stories. Current model vs current its not about the specs stock, its about the driver.

You want a fast car you are looking at two of the wrong cars, but the g is faster.

But seriously who gives a crap who is faster? If anyone is at all talking about racing people on the streets grow up. Mod your car to look nice and make you happy and let some kid in an ugly altima talk about how much faster he is.

If we are going to compare these cars, I feel that I have to at least show this one:

http://www.nissanclub.com/forums/rac...my-altima.html

granted this is a new altima and not a se-r like was originally linked, but just have to represent for the altima guys. I would say stock vs. stock(pre-hr g) it will be a drivers race, but equal drivers equal mods blah, blah, blah the advantage will continually shift towards the g because rwd > fwd.

I like how everyone is all sad and what not cuz another car is faster.

there are man cars that are faster, will handle turns better, and have more of whatever you want to moan about.

How? Sedans are 260HP and Coupes are 280HP, only thing that could make it faster is power/weight ratio.

I traded out of a 2005 Altima SER 6 speed for a 2005 G35 6MT. I have to honestly say my Altima did feel faster. But c'mon....a Altima is a cheaply made car that is a fact. I would trade that Altima back in again if I had to do it all over again.

I always hear that the G is a fat pig and gets beat by some odd ball cars but seriously?...is it that slow? Or is everyone being modest about it? My 6MT G feels pretty d@mn quick, IMO...and I'm all stock.

Did you guys notice that not one of them said anything bad about the G?
Now that's impressive.
