man, its getting worse!!
now it happens in all gears but 1st, and anytime i go 75-100% throttle now.....rpm's spike up about 2k with no acceleration...and then drop to where it should be, same thing in all the gear although it doesnt spike up as quick in 5th and 6th. This morning i had to give it gas to avoid some car, and my rpm's hit redline when i punched it full throttle in 4th, no acceleration at all. I later tried this again, and it was spikeing but not redlineing..... This is so odd that it happens only when giving it more than 70% throttle.
either way i still have an appointment for the 26th =\ im pretty sure its my clutch, since the tranny is practically brand new. Also, my clutch is getting stuck halfway in...i take my foot off it and its still halfway in! if i wait a couple seconds it slowly springs back out!

I had the same problem with mine. Your clutch is gone, replace it soon and do not drive it anymore. I had to replace my flywheel aswell, not sure if you will though. Out of the whole car the onlything over looked was the clutch, they cannot handle any sort of load. When you replace it make sure they install an upgraded one. I know Nismo supplies one, I am sure the dealership can get one of theirs. DO NOT DRIVE IT ANYMORE! Get it replaced.

yup - its gone, and i would love to know from what, i never abused the car. tonight the car is hard to drive, any gas over 20% throttle = redline. time to wait till the 26th =\
and im hopeing they replace it at no cost - i dont have the money for a new clutch!

It's from Nissan installing one of the ****tiest clutches in the world into our cars, thats all. It's not your fault. As far as getting it for free, don't hold your breath. I had driven my car for less then 3000 miles and mine went (granted I might have been tuff on it, but not even close enough for it to go like it did), I am pretty sure there was a problem with it to start with. They didn't want to hear it, so they charged me $3000 to fix it. After a month of me yelling at them they dropped the price to $1500. The Infiniti guys over here in charlotte are D-Bags, I hope you have better luck!
