SPEC clutch noise?

sup guys? did any one here changed clutch yet to "SPEC" stage 3 with flywheel good for 600hp? i had it installed here to a local shop here in hawaii and i just got 500miles on it and from 1 gear from 1500rpm to 2, it vibrate all the way to 6gear on this low RPM's. to me to save gas by 30mph im in 6gear already. am i putting alot of loads to my clutch? i talk to the guy that did my clutch and specialized G35 and he said that, thats normal. im just scared to drive my car alot coz its sounds like a freaking honda with a welded catalitic thats hanging. ill post a sound clips when it stops raining here. Its really really bad. if he said its normal and my tranny breaks can i still go to him and claim my trans?

Thanx guys,
Aaron

Its flywheel chatter. I think you should expect it from a stage 3 clutch & flywheel. If it is a unsprung hub clutch, its going to be louder.

I used Spec Stage 3 on my 320whp MR2 turbo before. Many MR2 owners have had bad experience with Spec clutches with different issues. And many of them had issue with noise from this Spec clutch. No exact conclusion were found...it could be the clutch itself or improper installation. Some of Spec clutch users have reported that the strange noise went away after ~700 miles or after proper break-in period while some users still had.

-Did you break-in your clutch properly? Basically, it requires a 400 to 500 mile break-in period with a lot stop and go of city driving before shifting under high load/rpm.
-Did you have your flywheel resurface? (For vibrating issue).

By the way, how much did they charge you for clutch installation?
