Revo Technica Short Shifter

Hey guys, I'm looking to get a short shifter, and I was looking at the Revo Technica one. I want something that is short, and smooth at the same time. I also have some vibration in my OEM piece and want to know which SSK would be the least in vibration and noisyness. Please give me some feedback, and if someone has pics of the different options installed, just to get an idea of how short is short lol. Particularly the Revo Technica if possible.
Thanks Guys

Does anyone have the Nismo Short Shifter?? I am strongly considering getting it but want some feedback on the piece. Also does the shift **** have to be changed or can I use the OEM one. Also how hard is it to adjust the height, can it be done on stop lights or do i have to take the whole thing apart every time. If anyone has feedback on this part for me I'd appreciate it.
