best auto tranny cooler??

what does everyone feel is the best auto tranny cooler in the market?

Any of the tranny coolers are good . Just dont go and buy something real cheap

I was looking at a B&M. I think they got the best and a couple of FI G;s use them. There are others too but the popular one i have heard of is B&M. Good luck!

12,000 BTU is equal to 1.0 Horsepower of heat so one should understand the amount of heat the Torque convertor, pump, and internal friction create.

Torque convertors can have 120,000 BTU of heat generation [10 HP] under the right situation.

Luckily heat extremes only occur during acceleration or driving up a hill [worst case because it lasts more than 15 seconds].

The only way you know is to install a ATF temperature gauge to measure the return line temp after cooler.

What works for stock, or a quarter mile is no where near enough for road racing in Summer.
