Clutch or release bearing issue?

On "first gear" or "reverse", when you are balancing between the clutch and gas, the car would normally move at gradual speed.

My car will not move at all until I let go the clutch completely.
Is it the release bearing, the clutch or something else?

Thank you,

Sounds like your clutch is going.
