5AT Tranny on the coupe

I have a 5AT on my G35 coupe and I was wondering if there was anything I can do to make the shifting in the manumatic mode faster, besides getting a new ECU. Since it's a electrical shift, would a grounding kit help? Also, does any company make any torque converters or anything like that? Thanks

So far it looks like your only option is a valve body upgrade. Level 10 has it, and Stillen is working on it. A new chip for the transmission would help, but since no company is publicly working on it, I wouldn't count on making such an upgrade anytime soon.
