I believe the warranty is 4 years or 48k miles, whichever is less.

I'm having what sounds to be the same problem at around 40k miles. The clutch seems to stick about 2/3rds of the way up when releasing the pedal. I generally just pull it up with my toe at the end of the shift. I've never adjusted the level of the clutch and don't drive the car hard (generally shift around 3,000 rpm). When I took it to the shop they couldn't repeat the problem, which seems to occur mostly on hot days.

where can i order brand new master and slave clutch cylinder? i think mine is failing too.. and also the throwout bearing ... where can i buy all these for a good price? my car doesn't have any more warranty.. i am driving the 06 model .

it only happens when i do alot of stop and go , on the freeway , it is fine..
the clutch will just have a lot of free play up to 90% all the way down.. lucky i can still engage and kick the clutch back up... last night it went down to alomst the end.. i had 2-3 cm from clutch in to it being engaged ... panicked ... thought i couldn't engage it but still it managed to get into gear..

i read somewhere to change the fluid 1st then see how it goes before changing all the cylinders ... will it work? my fluid is full and colour looks like it is still new.. maybe air inside?

Had the same problem, dealer flushed the system and it went away.
