wierd clutch pedal

Ok so Recently i have noticed more that when i first start my car i dont need to move the clutch pedal in that much...maybe only 1 or 2 inches, then after driving it for a while the pedal seems to "raise" itself and i need to push it down another 2 inches or so, liek the "play" in the top goes away and it becomes stiffer, sooner. Tonite i was just leaving work, pushing the clutch down and the car wouldnt go into gear for a good 20 seconds. after a little bit of driving it all went back to normal. Im thinking either air in the line...the clutch was changed by the previous owner, or a slave cylinder/master?
i was also reading that you can change the fluid as others have experienced the same problem. I think i may have to do that as the clutch becomes fine as soon as the car is driven for a little bit. it will be messed up one minute and fine the next. Is taking the fluid out with a syringe and pumping the pedal 25 times and repeat a few time sufficient to bleed the system, will this get all the air out or do i need to actually open the screw on the master?

i had the same problem the first week i got my 05 i had to bring it to the dealer and they said that because the pedal wouldnt always rebound all the way the clutch would slip so they replaced the clutch and fly wheel (i dont kow why the fly wheel but they did)

it rebounds past the point of where it would be burning the clutch, it just seems a little sleepy. it still has like a 1/4 inch of play but i dont think thats really bad as there is like no resistance in this play. oh well, changing the fluid was a great idea, been better since
