Upgrade 5AT torque converter/stall? Possible?

Hey, thanks for the info. I just ordered the torque converter from edge and I already have the VB upgrade. One thing though, I see that everybody recommends the tranny cooler. But Edge Racing dosen't. He said that it could possibly run too cool and not function properly, the stock internal cooler is sufficient and he designed it not to run overly hot. Bottom line he, recommended no tranny cooler.

one more thing. how does this work on the dyno. will it put the power down to the wheels versus the stock converter loseing power at top rpm

I thought u bought my tq converter?

But to answer ure question, u will not see much of an increase in whp/tq on the dyno for the tq converter only allows u to speed up your rpms like a clutch flywheel for MT. U will only feel the improvements when u are on the streets.
