If your clutch went bad.. warranty will not cover that. I figured the dealership will say its the clutch.. they hate doing warranty work.. prepare for a headache whenever dealing w them.
They wanted like 2k for mine.. had it done for half the price at another shop. The only time the dealer gave me a free clutch was when my whole tranny went out and gear started grinding.

Anyone ever try to dump their clutch at 4.5k and right when your about to take off, the clutch is stuck to the floor. LOL. That's what happened when the G next to me tried to take off. I was like wtf, did he stalled, and when we were side by side, I asked him what happened, and he said the clutch was stuck to the floor.
Lesson: Don't try to street race, and don't dump your clutch a 4.5k. The stock G wasn't made to do that. Just cruise.

Mine started to stick again. It happens when i drive it around town & the weather is hot. I called the dealer and they told me that the clutch parts are not covered under warenty meaning the clutch slave & master are not covered. I got a 05 with 14.6K mi. Now i am stuck with this crap. Sorry, but Infiniti Corporation sucks.
