Question Engine revs each time I change gears

I have a 2006 G35 coupe, manual tranny with almost 40k miles.
I started to notice this symptom last week.
On every gear change, 1-2-3-4-5-6, the engine would rev up at least 10k rpm before accelerating. This revving up also happens when I downshift.
So it's basically each time I change gears. I'm worried that it will cost a bundle to fix. Has anyone had this problem? Or has it been discussed in any forum yet?
thanks.

ok, heres my dilemma now. infinity quoted parts, clutch for $1500, flywheel $1200, $2700 installed. kinda stiff. are there any aftermarket parts? great mechanic who will do this a bit inexpensive in Riverside, San Bernardino, CA area? I may go for aftermarket parts if anyone has a suggestion. thanks.

G35 Coupe
aftermarket parts would be the way to go, the new clutch will hold down more power and a lighweight flywheel will be much more fun to drive, but be forewarned; the stock flywheel is dual mass and eliminates all chatter from the transmission, while a new lightweight unit will not so anytime you stomp on it below ~1200rpm it will sound like a cement mixer/meat grinder, above that its same as stock.
