I don't have the video but this guide is from RJM performance for installation of his kit (well worth the money by the way). Hope Ryan doesn't mind me posting it if so I'll take down the link, it has all the pictures and info you need to get the spring out. Its actually pretty simple once you get into it. Or just buy his kit and have a lot more adjustablility.
