Auto to Manual conversion

Hey i gotta 03 G35 that i purchased with auto and i really regret it, but i dont wanna sell my baby, i was thinking of doing swap for a manual. I know I need to buy a new tranny but what other parts do i have to purhcase, and can anyone please generalize the steps. Trying to find DIY for this car but cant find it.

Also, to your question is it worth to turbo instead. Turbo will be considerably more than a 6mt swap. You should look at a transgo + paddle shifter install instead for a more realistic comparison.
