Clutch is finished

Been searching around here doing a little research. I obviously need a new clutch. I noticed things going bad after this past winter. What im still confused on is do I need to buy a flywheel when I get my new clutch? How do I know if a new flywheel is needed? I know all you guys want to do performance upgrades but I can't really mess with that at the moment. I plan on buying just a replacement clutch just for cost reasons. I don't plan on doing performance upgrades. Any help would be appreciated

Since your doing the clutch might as well do the flywheel peace of mind, I would recommend the OEM Exedy clutch with the JWT flywheel.
