Not even worth the money to replace just one bearing. I've had the same exact problem youre having on my 6MT for years now and it hasnt gotten worse at all. Transmission shifts fine, no noises, nothing. Ride it until it dies and get a CD009 tranny from a 2006 350z/g35.
