Transmission Drain & Fill

Hey everybody so i recently got a 03 coupe automatic and had nothing but problems since day one but i finally got almost everything done except today i checked my transmission fluid and it was quite low. The car is shifting very smooth and no knockback on shifting but i dont know if i should just top it off or do a drain and pour. The car has 114k miles and im 99% sure that it has never been changed before. This is what it looks like it kinda looks burnt but its hard to tell it doesnt smell like anything tho. If i were to do a drain and pour with these miles and the fluid looking like this do i risk my transmission slipping? Really 50/50 on doing this because if i mess up this transmission i am screwed. Sorry for the bad pictures it was hard to get.

No harm in doing a drain and fill. It's recommended every 30,000 miles. Get some quarts of Nissan matic S. You should do it for peace of mind

Definitely won't cause harm if you use the correct Nissan Matic-J or S fluid. Not off-brands that are "matic-s compatible" though.

The whole "don't change your tranny fluid because you will cause problems" is a huge myth.

Just like "daddy long legs are the most poisonous spider but the mouth is too small to bite you".

Also, they're not even spiders, different insect family.
