I can almost guarantee that shaking has nothing to do with your flywheel. The flywheel has nothing to do with the vehicles travelling speed.

. if oem dmf is wear out and almoust dead and clutch slipping what is causing shaking. maybe rear crankshaft seal cause oil might dip on dmf. nissan dealer said your clutch is need of replace and slip but most certainly he can say it if take tranny off. and i noticed in acceleration red light started go on that did not happened before. i have driven with that luk dmf 40k miles.

Shudder from a slipping clutch is different, yes that can cause a vibration. This isn't a problem with the FLYWHEEL though but you would want to replace it when you install a new clutch.

A clutch won't always shudder though, my first one was still nice and silky smooth feeling but rpms didn't match actual acceleration.

Man your post is hard to read btw.

If you only have 40k on that LUK it probably isn't worn out. Call around to see if anyone in town turns DMF, yes they can be turned but not a lot of shops have the rivets to reassemble them.

I learned the hard way on my last clutch about those RMS, always replace it with a new clutch, even if it's not leaking, unless it has very low miles. It's sort of a pain to get off if you leave the upper oil pan on but it can be done.

When you say "red light" are you talking about traffic lights or a check engine light??

. i mean ted light where is the rev limiter.just above the rev.dashbord.. oem dmf swallows all the vibration that comes from engine thats why it is silky. but smf then you notice the shutter and vibration. what is hard there to understand. people have stsrted to fix the tranny after smf.

I don't use the DMF, I'm using the lightweight Z1 SMFW and I've never had a vibration issue, when my last clutch was oil contaminated it was just slipping a little bit with no shudder at all, still silky smooth.

Single mass flywheels don't absorb the NOISE coming out of the transmission (not the engine) if you use a very lightweight one so you end up with "clutch chatter" which is noise, not vibration. Additionally not having the ability to rotate inertia one way or another means a slightly harsher engagement which is why they're not used as OEM equipment.

If your vibration is only related to the clutch slipping then you definitely just have shudder, if it's vibrating at higher speeds when the clutch is NOT SLIPPING then it is not because of shudder.

my car started shake violentely during highway speed 60-70 mph. and last this rev limiter red light has come on also lately around 4000 rpm that was not before and gear in the morning went on very hard. that was possible due of clutch pedal construction part failure. it was kind of twisted.
