Transmission problem

My transmission is acting up from 1st to 2nd and when I pulled over to check there was a big mess on the front right corner of the hood by the head light which lets me believe that a hose might be busted. I checked the transmission fluid and it is on empty. My check engine light turned but I’m currently waiting for a scanner. Does anybody have a clue of where the leak might be coming from ?? Thanks in advance!

I found this nut missing looks like it is right behind motor going towards transmission

Metal line set that goes from the tranny to the radiator.

Sometimes they transition to flexible hose, not sure what configuration the G35 uses. Typically light duty applications use a few fins of the radiator for cooling. Heavy duty applications will have a supplementary cooler in front of the radiator as well.

There are hard lines that run from the transmission case up to the front of the engine, just under the alternator. From there, the lines are 5/16 (NOT 3/8) rubber oil cooler hose to the cooler in the radiator.
