The horrible p0300 multiple random misfire
Soo its happened to me within 1 month of ownership the nasty p0300 the "oh **** I made a boo boo to my motor just by working on it trying to fix the issues it had prior" lol
Soo here what I was doing and ill go into full detail. When I purchased the car the codes I scanned for there was no misfire at all no p0300 no p0301 302 303 304 305 306 none of that soo heres what I did have.

p01211 (vdc was disconnected to delete traction control like every 350z or g35 ever thats been in the wrong hands of a wanna be drifter)
p0745 not worried auto trans won't be in there too long

So from there i purchased a cheap set dont judge ebay special the 3 sensors 2 camshaft and 1 crankshaft replaced those
also had a knock sensor fail and thats because rats ate thru the wire which im surprised there wasn't much more then that ****ed up by rats but i ended up changing the sensor and harness when i put everything back together the fuel smell was pretty bad so i figured injectors took some really good ones from the junk yard swapped then in the smell of fuel went away pretty much the old injectors looked blocked up on the bottom and was missing o rings on a few soo glad I did that. But from there I knew the spark plugs had to be DED because of the excessive fuel and me trying to run the car. By the way at this point I had reset the ecu and only the p0300 came up but the car wasn't really drive able it would shut off. I did also forget to mention I believe I unplugged the tb while the battery was still connected but didn't run the car with it disconnected at all. I have tried th to relearn and the man relearn no help also not a bad man unplugged and she would only rev to 2k rpm soo knew the man was working fine. But the car will start right up immediately but if I let off throttle it will choke and die and if I keep my foot on throttle around 1 to 2k rpm still won't stay running just choke and you can hear like a heavy mis sounding almost like an open header on the drivers side like as if the cat is clogged from the fuel or something so if I were to guess its ether ignition coil on drivers side or clogged cats. I plan to buy oem coils for around $120 and get some cheapo depo headers off ebay also. Car has full exhaust but stock cats and manifolds. Ehat do you think. Why would it choke and not stay alive even misfires ive had cars stay running even if its half the cylinders missing. And if it was a clogged cat the most I could think of is the car would stsrt running hot or just sound like it can't breath out the exhaust naa mean. Any help would be useful but I have tried to pull codes sit in the car hold the rev about 2k see if I can get a specific cylinder but have not had that work for me as of yet. Lmk what you think. Could a bad cheapo crank sensor cause multi miss I would think the code for the crank sensor would come back tho. And it really does sound like the drivers side exhaust is open when the miss happens. Hoping to fix the mis and the car choking and dying itll go down to like 200 rpm when I let off and like a second or so later just choke and die off. Besides being lowest on power before cus the knock sensor it ran fine 🤣😭
