Pro-charged G35
Standard tranny issues

Hey guys, I just picked up a pro charge G 35 and I知 absolutely loving it I知 however having a couple issues that I知 looking for some help with. The car will go past 5th and six gear without pushing the shift **** down to bypass. So it値l go to the final slot where you池e able to put it into reverse without pushing the **** down as you should have to. Does anybody have any idea what this issue stems from and what part I may need? The car will also always grind going into 5th. It does not grind into any other gears. I知 assuming the issues are related but perhaps not Thank you guys!

The car has an aftermarket ATC clutch. I知 unsure if this is relevant. I知 also not sure if it痴 the entire kit or just the clutch. I bought the car like this. I am assuming they would do the whole thing but who knows

The metal mounting plate under the shifter needs to be adjusted, it's too far to the right and you're getting under the lockout. Pretty common issue for people reinstalling the shifter, not being aware that it actually requires a little bit of adjustment.

As far as the 5th gear grind, start by changing the gear oil, first thing that happens with old oil is you start having synchro issues. I like Redline MT-85 in the transmission.
