VQ35DE rev up long block

hey guys, got a VQ35DE rev up long block, was swapped out at the dealer for an oil consumption problem, nice core or for parts. have to get it out of my shop ASAP, first $300 cash picked up at my shop in Bay Ridge Brooklyn takes it complete as shown, from valve covers to oil pan complete. I'm not interested in selling any parts off this, sold complete as you see it, $300 & the whole thing is yours...

Whats the mileage??? Why is the VTC cover loose? Why is the bottom drenched in oil or discolored? Are there any bolt mounting holes stripped?

sorry guys, really not looking to ship this thing... no idea why that cover is loose tbh, I got it from a dealership, motor was replaced under warranty I was told. motor was outside on the side of the building covered with a tarp... what your seeing is not drenched, it's looks pretty normal dirty wise in person, think the shadow in the pic makes it look darker there... I don't see any bolt holes stripped or no reason to think there would be... the valve covers don't look to have been even removed...

I was told it ran but had oil consumption issue but as I myself have no way to confirm anything other than what you see here, I'm selling it as-is the way you see it... the only thing I see thats worth noting also is that the crank pulley/dampener was removed from the front of the crank & the front of the crank is a bit rusty now from sitting so long without the pulley on there.
