Actually 1 mess up I forgot to mention was while doing the left side of the engine I accidentally disconnected the gas line and quite a bit of fuel went down into the engine compartment. I looked down to see where it had leaked onto and it was the exhaust pipe . So I grabbed a water bottle and showered the area. Then when I was done I did the ecu reset (which took a lot of tries) and then started it up and saw some smoke at first but that went away after a minute or two.

Yea I could see how you would accidentally swap those 2 cylinders. The way it's wired makes it appear like that's where the plugs plug into I almost messed up too haha. I've read that it's a very common mistake so you're not the only one.
