SES/higher RPM's after cleaning throtle body

after cleaning the throtle body i noticed the idle being higher, around 850-900 RPM's, after a drive i got a SES so i took it to autozone and the code was thrown bc of the higher RPM's, what could be the problem?? i cleaned it with throtle body cleaner

The adaptive learn [ecu] slowly compensated idle speed as the TB got dirtier and dirtier..........now you suddenly provide more idle air. Follow you FSM to reset idle rpm.

Same thing when you clean change MAF you must recalibrate idle air flow.
