Manumatic mode error!!?!

This happened once yesterday and twice today. I always use manumatic mode on my '05 sedan. But today twice it switched back to automatic mode without me switching it. The gearstick was still in the manumatic position but the mode is in auto. Anyone else had this problem? And any solution? Really gets on my nerves cos I hate driving in auto and the only way to fix it is to turn the car off and back on.

youre not referring to it downshifting for you, right? in manumatic mode, when you slow down it automatically downshifts for you. it will never upshift for you but as speed decreases it downshifts accordingly.

if ^^ isnt the case then i have no idea whats wrong

weird..

Nope not talking about downshifting. It basically goes back to automatic mode by itself without me moving the stick.
