You can definitly benefit from a reflash but your numbers will greatly depend on the dyno you use.

I hear you dude. I want the same, just a litle more. Look at my sig for what I've already done....

I'm looking for 330-350 flywheel HP WITHOUT breaking the motor open. To add insult to injury I want it between 3k-6k RPM.

I'm thinking headers, Y-pipe, crank pulley, larger throttle body, and ECU flash.

Is my goal attainable with these mods

Lets start with these since they are your performance mods.

HKS - Good stuff
UR pulleys - Good stuff but a company called NST is also making some... so wait and see on those.
INJEN - Seems to be pretty popular in the import world these days.

I would say this is a good start and will probably add and extra 15 to 20hp to your baseline. See how you like your car after these mods and go from there.

If you do get 330-350 peak HP at the crankshaft, with your listed mods, you'll probably be the 1st. I'd suggest you do a lot more research and attend several dyno days. Pay attention to the total results-- the entire dyno chart not just the peaks from several G35s and 350Zs with different mods. You may be real surprised.

Each rear wheel HP cost $100>$50 [with volumes of dollars] EACH above a well tuned stock engine.
Each rear wheel pound foot of torque requires a doubling of the above dollars.

Other than the use of Nitrous.
