How easy is it to get to 320whp NA?

So there is a guy in the NW section selling his coupe and claims he puts down 320 whp NA with what seems to me to be a not enough mods. Here's the link to his FS thread, his list of mods consist of the following
Tomai 278 cams
JWT Valve springs
Port and Polished head
Techno Square programed ECU (Fully Reprogramed and throtle adjusted)
Stillen Headers
Crawford Plenum
Crawford High Flow Cats
JWT Intake
350Z Intake Pipe
Sun Grounding Wires
Intense Power Y-Pipe
RSR Exhaust
if its possible, the car seems like a good deal, let me know what you guys think, if those numbers are even feasible

I've never seen someone N/A get 320 WHP on the G/Z.

Im not saying its impossible, It's just not common (for a reason).

It can be done. However, it's not very cost effective to spend so much and get minimal results. If you have a lot of mula, then go for it. I've personally looked into it, it would cost me $6K upward...so, I just got the Stillen SC Stage 4 instead for much less money and much more power.

Doesnt seem possible. Id think youd need a good true dual exhaust system such as HKS or FastIntentions. Something that gives you good gains, not a y-pipe system. Also, hes running crawford HFC, not test pipes, thats a negative sign. Everything else seems legit though. I doubt hes putting 320 to the ground though, thats a high number. Maybe 300, but doubtfully 320.

My goal is to eventually get 300WHP NA, not sure itll happen but I can still dream and set it as a goal cant I?

No. There are very few that have even got close to 300 NA... however I am anxious to see if the '07 will get near those numbers once mods start appearing ~

there's only a select few Z's that have gone over the 300whp NA mark, maybe 1 or 2 G's and in the end, to get to this goal, it costs more than going FI. So that guy is definitely BSing.

There's someone on the forums that could give you some insight on this topic. ISMSolutions. Man knows his stuff and was NA for a while. Maybe he'll chime in.

It is possible to get there with the usual intake & exhaust mods. I think the cams and the ECU program can get to that peak if the redline has been pushed out enough. But there is no way I would consider the purchase of used modded heads & cams. Is there a dyno shhet for this?

I call BS as well. Unless he as custom ground race cams and serious head work and valve train, he's not gonna get 320whp. Hell, 320whp at 15% driveline losses = 376hp at the flywheel = 107hp/liter.

He's not putting 320 to the ground. Cams and headword, along with a *great* tune, might get you there, in a revup. But not in a non-revup.

I know - he got 320 on a dynapak.

I don't doubt the possibilty but I just don't it's useable power. If you keep adjusting the rpm range to outrageous heights and keep feeding the fuel & air (with hi flow exhaust), you should be able to get there. I just don't think it's a safe range without a build-up. I would be more concerned with the torque curve than the hp rating.
