When I did the post about my custom exhaust system a few guys asked for sound clips, here ya go. First one is from outside the car, second one is in the car, pretty much like a 1/4mile run. I did the best I could to tape and not hold the camera, gotta shift after all. Like other's have said, sound in the clips is one thing, in person is another thing alltogether.

wow that sounds like a beast. i just played the clip for a few friends to see if they could guess the car just by the sound. "that sounds like a nascar, sounds so powerfull" "sounds like it had vtech" lol

 

nice videos. can you give some details about the exhaust?
is it a true dual or Y-back? pipe diameter?

Details on the system are,

Acosta Racing high flow cat pipes with Magnaflow high flow cats (setup was a Y-pipe, I simply looped off the Y-collector)
Here's a pic of the high flow cat pipe's and my copy of the stillen X-pipe crossover

Dual 18" Magnaflow resonator's
Two Injen SES mufflers
All piping is mandrel bent, cut to fit in my garage. The entire system use's 2.5" diameter tubing, including the cat pipes. I designed it myself after doing a lot of research on flow dynamics, the good and the bad.
