It may be a belt problem, they may need to be lubed or replaced. I replaced my belts and it solved the problem.

if its still under warranty, take it to the dealership. they will just replace the belt or pulleys. i had the same problem not to long ago and they took care of it in a day.

Your in SoCal, take it to infiniti riverside, they are much more friendly about aftermarket parts.

The belt is slightly loose. It takes all of 2 minutes to tighten yourself or $80-100 to have the dealership do it.

the belt could also be cracking, causing it to squeal. If it is, then no use tightening it as it needs to be replaced anyways.

You need to have enough room to get under the car, take off the splash shield. Then loosen the tensioner pulley's with a 14mm (1 turn is enough) then tighten the belt buy using a 12mm socket on the adjusting bolt. Then tighten the pulley back up and you're set.

Uhhhhh....not good. Now the belts will really be prone to slipping and sounding like a stuck pig. You have also now introduced the potential to actually throw a belt if the WD40 gets between the tensioner and belt. Ribbed accessory belts don't take to belt dressing kindly. I suggest your remove all the belts that were sprayed and throw them away, scrub the pulleys to remove all WD40 residue, and then install new belts.

+1... don't spray lube on the belts, you want to keep them clean to prevent slippage. Plus the wd40 might actually cause the belts to break down and crack prematurely.
