Awesome job! So, where did the wires go? Did you have to cut/splice wires, or just move the original harness around?

It is sure a lot of work to do. Did not cut very many wires, just had to extend a few of them. Wires that were longer, I tied them up. To hide the wires every thing had to be unplugged. Wires were rerun under the fender wells and also hidden on the back side of the engine and a few under the plenum.

Thanks Zack for the great pictures.

So are the wires exposed in the wheel wells? Or between the plastic and the frame? What precautions are taken to prevent water damage? Does the heat from the engine on a daily driver driven over 100 or so miles a day affect the wires tucked behind the engine?
Just asking........

The FX looks sick, the engine looks like it is floating..

The wires are not exposed in the wheel wells. They are between the fender and the plastic liner. The wires are also in split loom and taped up. The wires on the back side are tied up, they are not lying on the engine or tranny.

It has been almost 2 months since this has been done. Both cars have been to Las Vegas and Phoenix since then. There have been zero issues.

If the G wasn't my daily driver, I would be able to work on it a lot more and do stuff like this.

It can be done, both of ours are daily drivers. My G is my wife's daily driver, so I have to work around her schedule to get mods done. Then rookie has to work around my schedule.

It is a lot of work, but some how we get it done and still drive the cars daily.

Thanks Vinh, for the complements.

I'm noobish, but do you have all after market parts for all the reservoir tanks, windshield caps, etc. The lower left hand section of your engine bay looks so clean with all the metallic caps. Let me know what you guys do to make it looks so clean and modded.

Aftermarket tanks are available from different manufacturers. Weapon R and NRG make some power steering tanks, there are a few aftermarket coolant tanks as well. Here are some caps for oem components. http://www.zeetoyz.com/350zengine.htm

Again I really don't know much, but if I was going towards buying some hose locks, new clear tubing, and some fluid caps, would I just order the Hose Lock Kit and Fluid Cap package or what exactly should I be order? Thanks.

Check these threads for some ideas https://g35driver.com/forums/showthr...ght=engine+bay http://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=126997

If you want the hose locks get the package, if you intend on getting samco radiator hoses later don't get the locks now of you end up needing to rebuy stuff.

Clear tubing is intended for?
