Turbonetics pre-reqs
Turbonetics pre-reqs
I'm thinking of getting the Turbonetics single turbo kit in the future but wanted to upgrade my 05' 6MT without having to replace all of my upgrades when I put the turbo kit in. What type of intake and exhaust system could I get that is compatible with the Turbonetics kit? Is the MREV2 and 5/16 spacer compatible?
I was hoping to get the Z tube with the Stillen air box or the JWT pop charger and the HKS Ti tipped true-dual exhaust to begin with but wasn't sure if I should even get those mods and if they are actually compatible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
SZ

I assume you are not the "sub zero" in my 350z
Just avoid any True Dual Exhaust else you'll need to fabricate a reverse Y-Pipe. Here are some exhaust that you can use with TN. Also try to post this in the FI forum coz that is where are all the FI Guru chill
You can also check the my350z.com and check their FI Forum.
Nismo
Fujitsobo (No need for Y-Pipe)
Apexi WS2
Apexi N1
Apexi Ex Ti

You know that FI don't use intake right?

Thanks for the info! My experience with Turbocharged cars comes from modifying WRXs and STIs...which use an intake. I really did think that FI for the G required an intake as well.....
I guess you learn something new everyday..LOLThanks!

Well it is kinda right, even aftermarket FI do have some sort of intake/filter that goes to the blower but NA intake will not work with aftermarket FI kit.
