A/C Idler Pulley layout?

I just recently replaced my belts on my car, and noticed that the bracket that holds the pulley tension bolt in place was bent to where it would not hold the bolt in place when tightening the bolt. So I took the pulley assembly off to bend the bracket back to normal, but when I took the pulley off it just kind of fell apart in my hands and I did not see which piece went where. The first time I put it back together resulted in a lot of smoke and a broken belt. Try two seems to work, but I'm still a little hesitant. I have looked at a ton of pictures on peoples post's but they don't show what is behind the pulley, which is the area that I am trying to figure out. I also have the entire service manual, and didn't see anything in there that helps me out. If someone knows of a spot in the manual could you please direct me to it, or just tell me the layout of the pulley.

Also when I went on the test run, it seemed like the car was lagging. I have a manual, and when I give it gas on the highway in 6th it does not seem to accelerate like it did prior to the belt change. Could that be due to not enough tension on the belts?
