car stalling problems

Hello all
I'm new to this forums and one thing i've notice is that you all hate replying to previously asked question but i've tryed searching for any threads with regrads to my question, so forgive me if i'm repeating an old problem. I drive a 03 5AT SEDAN (no mod yet!!) and this morning on my way to work my car stalled on the highway (oh ya i live in Toronto, Canada and it was (23degree fahrenheit, snowing like crazy). i got out and pop the hood check all oil and fluid level everything looked o.k so i got back in the car to give her another try.It started up fine with no delay so i'm thinking that the battery and alt is fine and on my way i went but about 10 miles down the road it did it again this time police had to escort me off the high way. I purchase this car from a dealership in nov last year with 50000 miles and i still have an month left on my 3 months bumper to bumper unlimited miles warranty. my guess is something electrical maybe the sensor if my guess is right will this be covered are has anyone had this problem before. just need some advise before going to the dealership, any help would be great

did the dash lights die or flicker too? is there a CEL?
did it stutter or lack power? could be a fuel supply issue.
since it's still on warranty let the dealer deal with it.
could be a lot of things, really, most likely electrical though.

you'd be suprised, but clean up your battery terminals, and make sure your negative is clean, connected nice and tight, and no loose wire is anywhere near it, as it may touch it on a bump and short the car out.

there was no sign of power lost, fuel tank was full, i first notice my Rpm gauge going up and down so i thought like you said maybe it's a fuel supply issue but when i tryed to give it more gas i got Nothing. the Rpm gauge would only jump to about 1300 rpm max with the padel to the floor.

Go to a mechanic because it couls be alot of problems. First could be clogged fuel filter, not getting spark, or possibly a vaccum leak form a loose hose. Thats just off the top of my head.

I would check your air filter and clean the MAF sensor.

Did you get any check engine lights or anything?

It could be so many things I would have the dealer look over it but if they can't find a code or repeat the problem they will just give it right back to you.
