no, it was some guy that programs keys, etc...kinda like a locksmith for a car

For a normal daily driver, 91 is what the vast majority have available - and I doubt many people would use 100 for daily driving (even if it was on the corner station)...

"he" was me... 91 as in not 93 like most places... we can get 110 if we wanted (at very few/exclusive places)... 91 is the highest we can get "at every gas station"... okay - now it's stated properly
