I couldn't keep my right foot from reaching the floor often BEFORE I got my aftermarket cats/exhaust - same story now. However, I haven't noticed any decrease in MPG. I've actually noticed an increase of 1mpg city (<15 to <16) and 1.5-2 (~23.5 to 25+) highway with my Fast Intentions.
