Bolt Ons + Reflash=300whp
As stated above and nothing more to it. Is it doable to have 300whp with reflash and bolt ons. People have different views of what they consider bolt ons, but in this case the bolt ons include as listed:
-intake
-headers
-intake manifold
-intake manifold spacer
-exhaust
-test pipe

-Intake(JWT+Blitz+ARC)
-Plenum spacer(Motordyne)
-Ignition Amp(HKS)
-Grounding kit(Stillen)
-Light wieght pullies(AMS)
-Engine damper(Stillen)
-Headers(DC)
-HFCs(Kinetix)
-Exaust(Stillen)
and i have an appointment at Technosquare TODAY for a Custom Tune+Reflash!!! i'll post the results when i get back

300whp NA is not worth it.
Once you have 300, you'll wish you had 400 - something that is more easily achieved, with less money.
You car is probably around 230-240whp (depending on AT/MT) right now, the mods you listed in your original post MAY get you into the 270ish area. And that's a capital MAY.
You'll need to look into cams, modified valvetrain, ported and polished heads, something to tune with (piggyback or standalone - not reflash), and ultimately some higher compression pistons.
You'd be better off spraying a 75shot of nitrous for about $10,000 cheaper.
Once you have 300, you'll wish you had 400 - something that is more easily achieved, with less money.
