crap! that sounds bad.... Good luck with the repair bro. If you are not under warranty, maybe you should just get a whole new built block or something. A new block from infinity is expensive... i got mine from importpartspro.com.

Thanks for all the help guys.

I didn't need an oil change but I decided to go and get it done thinking maybe it might help. After getting an engine flush and oil change, the noise is gone for now.

I'm happy for now but I hope it doesn't come back.
