DTC P1238 - what does this mean?

Borrowed code reader. What does DTC code P1238 mean? I cleared the code. drove for 30min, hasnt come back yet. been searching, could not find anything on the sedan forums.

P1238 Electric Throttle Control Actuator

Sounds like a throttle body problem.

I'm going to move this thread to the engine section where it belongs.
