Building low-end torque

Does anyone have tips on how to make low end torque while staying naturally aspirated?

Is that the only solution? increasing displacement?
or are you referring to increasing compression?

HAHA yeah but if I wanted to go straight displacement I would blow all my money on an Ls7 and run that puppy... lmao
