Unable to start the engine :<

Hi there, im new here, and having a bit of an issue..
First of all, my car is a 2002' Skyline, with 2500cc engine, which, as you know is pretty much similar to 1st gen G's disregarding the cc part. So the thing is, after cleaning EGR, manifold upper section and butterfly valve my car wouldn't start . It cranks, but thats it. Having checked the spark plugs i've found out they were wet with petrol. I've tried to start 2 times with 2 different sets of plugs, about 5 secs of cranking each (to preserve battery) but alas. I beg you to help me to sort this mess, im going desperate =\. Where should i look, what should i do? It appears to me that the plugs wont spark, but i've no clue what to do about it.
P.S. Sorry about the possible confusion about the terminae, im no native speaker
edit: forgot to add one thing. Pre-cleaning the car was working fine, save the numb revving till 4-5k rpm, which was the reason for the whole clean-up process

but u did not indicate that u have actually spark, to make an engin run, u need three things, AIR, FUEL, SPARK. u have fule, u most likely have air, and ur engin cranks, thats a good sing,

to check if u have spark, remove one spark plug(dosent matter witch one), connect to the spark plug wire to the removed plug, move the plug to the block or head by almost grounding the plug, have a buddy turn over the engin, u will see then if the spark jumps..

u can start from there, let us know whats up and we can go further

good luck
-Andre

Did you double check the plug on the back of the throttle body?
