40k, changing fluids on a X-model

I'm bout to hit the 40k mark and gather up parts now.

i figure i'll drain and fill all the trans/gear fluids. never really owned a AWD type car, so bear with me on what i have to do.

the transmission in the front, i assume similiar to normal ones, drain plug and filler neck i saw near the firewall. i guess a drain and fill should be 4-6 qts of J- matic

transfer case in the middle, there is a drain and then a fill plug. i stop when fluid is coming out of the fill plug. how much and what kind of fluid? 1L bottles are good?

Rear diff as well??? same process as transfer case.. but what kind of fluids are needed?

so in order to do a complete drain and fill on my transmission i need to do all 3 parts of the AWD system correct? What are the recommended fluids? Let me know if i stated something that isn't suppose to be done at 40k or on a AWD g's
