That's fine with a good synth oil and filter. Jeff's right, though, the only sure way to tell is to get a used oil analysis.

Get a Mobil1 and you can change your oil every 5K. I have replaced my screw with the one that has a small lever no unscrewing or getting a copper washer every time you change your oil, and you can drain your oil any time you like as often as you like.

Every time.

I want to leverage off of any free inspection findings. The majority of the time, I can then do the work myself. I do my own brakes, AC filter, mods, etc. and change all other fluids myself. I have an entire auto shop at my disposal; one of the benefits of working on a military base. I always take it to the dealership for the oil change though.

7500 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. I drive about 10K miles per year, so in general, I reach 6 months before 7500 miles.

Changin Oil How Often?

It depends on the type & style of your driving. As, if you frequently go for a short drive in cold weather, drive in dusty places, or you do aggressive drive, you need to change oil at every 3k-4k mile's drive. But, in normal driving, you can change at every 7500-10,000 miles drive.
