what was the duration of those sets of cams?... what valve lash did you set for them? Having enough buckets on hand to get the lash set correct is uncommon for someone that does it "on the side"... did you measure the lash and order the buckets? It usually takes up to a week to get them... most shops that do a lot of work on Nissan engines will have several around, but even then, they often have to order them cause its impossible to have every size all the time... and you really never know what size you need until you measure the lash.

I'm interested in your installs... how long did it take? It’s a pretty major ordeal.

Honestly you can give me all the **** you wish, and because your being abrasive, I have nothing to prove to you. You say i post incorrect info, and you havent proven this statement. I dont need go off to back myself up for you stating what clearance i set the valves to and the lift duration on the nismo cams and cosworth cams that were installed. Now you may be thinking to yourself that i have not installed cams before because im not going to waste my time, but if thats what you honestly wish to believe, please feel free to think that. I dont need to boost my internet ego to defend myself, neither do you. Your prefer JWT, and I prefer Nismo and Cosworth due to personal preference.

it’s not a pissing match... I just want to make sure bad info isn’t passed... I was able to gain good info from knowledgeable ppl here - I'm no expert by any means... and many others out here are not either... so when info is passed on that needs adjusting, I'd rather help the guy (that is silently reading) than let him go out and spend sh!tloads of money off bad info.

Pretty simple concept actually.

dude, I've been following that thread from the beginning... you're not showing me anything I'm not familiar with.

In fact, I mentioned those headers as a better alternative to the Megans…

BTW, for others reading this - that clip is from Sash's NA build on 350Z boards...
