Why is there oil on intake cylinder wall?

I wouldnt use a catch can. What goes through a PCV hose is at least somewhat of an upper cyl lubricant. OP, i wouldnt worry about it if I were you. Just do a simple check and look at your dipstick and check it a few days later to see if you are consuming oil. If not, you have nothing to worry about.
There is nothing to lubricate in this area... the oil vapors are being drawn into the combustion chamber and burned with a/f = not what I want (nor should anyone).

OP Your spark plugs wont lie to you. They will tell a pretty good story of whats going on inside your cylinders. Pull them and look for any kind of carbon build up.
Now this picture may be an extreme case and i highly doubt thats what your plugs will look like.
If anything they should look something like this.(Proper air fuel mixture burn)

your limited intelligence not only shows in your bad information, but also your way with words... its frustrating being caught in so many bad info posts isn’t it... makes you want to start name calling and stomping your feet... its okay - I suppose if it makes you feel better I'll deal with it... better than dealing with your bad info.
